SPT is a privately owned company. We are well funded with a substantial cornerstone shareholder who has significant global interests. It is our policy that all key staff are shareholders.

Our business model is based on licensing our SwashPump™ technology to major OEM manufacturers in Europe & North America. We do not manufacture & distribute pumps. We are essentially a Product Development business that provides clients with professional services as part of our engagement with them. Engagement is through an Application Improvement Program. This offers a structured method to product design, development, testing from its inception to full "go to market" status.

Given the prevalence of pump technology in the world today and that the majority of technologies deployed are as old as the industrial revolution, SPT regards the SwashPump™ as transformational to those applications where our clients chose to deploy it.
