The new twin plate series, suited to applications > 2000 lpm

Having completed an extensive period of research & design into the issue of imbalance in larger Swashplate pumps, i.e. diameter swash’s greater than 34cm or 1ft, we have developed an initial design for larger pumps that is perfectly balanced. Delivering the promise of SwashPump, i.e., smooth flow, low noise, high efficiency has hither too been elusive.

The new 05 series SwashPump, 30 % smaller, 30% less components

Following the 04 series SwashPump, a pump designed to deliver approximately 100 lpm across a range of pressure differentials ranging from 5-50 psi, we have designed the next generation called the 05 series. Offering a space envelope of approximately 5” x 5” x 2”, 11cm x 11cm x 11cm [ L,W,H] but still delivering the same flow rates and pressure characteristics of the 05 series.

A Hand Cream SwashPump

After a series of successful testing and development for a SwashPump that works with volatile liquids, we have begun testing and development of a pump for extremely viscous fluids, specifically hand cream. Given the base for this particular hand cream is a natural product our client was looking for a pump with a gentle motion so as to ensure no separation occurred during the pumping process.
