The new 05 series SwashPump, 30 % smaller, 30% less components
Following the 04 series SwashPump, a pump designed to deliver approximately 100 lpm across a range of pressure differentials ranging from 5-50 psi, we have designed the next generation called the 05 series. Offering a space envelope of approximately 5” x 5” x 2”, 11cm x 11cm x 11cm [ L,W,H] but still delivering the same flow rates and pressure characteristics of the 05 series.
The new 05 series design simplifies SwashPump in three major ways.
Firstly the two previous shaft parts have become one, specifically the slant shaft and the drive shaft have become a new one piece drive and slant shaft
Secondly the location of the Swash on the shaft is through two spherical bearings
Thirdly, the diameter of the inner sphere of the swash has been reduced dramatically through the use of plain bearings or needle roller bearings instead of deep groove roller bearings
